4. Products & pricing
We work to display product information, ingredients, and pricing accurately. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or pricing are error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices, product specifications, or availability at any time without notice. If we discover a pricing error after you place an order, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the order before charging you.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout based on your shipping address.
5. Orders, shipping & returns
Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we ship the products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons of suspected fraud, payment issues, product unavailability, or violations of these Terms.
Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the carrier.
Returns & refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less original shipping costs. Opened products may be eligible for a one-time refund per customer at our discretion. To start a return, contact contact@vitaguard.org. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receipt of the returned items.

The information on this site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our products will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits your rights under any consumer-protection laws that apply in your jurisdiction.
