Chew 2 tablets daily
Children ages 4 and up: chew 2 tablets once per day. Tablets can be broken in half for younger children if needed.
Chewable calcium and vitamin D3 tablets for growing kids in a naturally sweet milk flavor — supports strong bones, healthy teeth, and proper growth.
Calcium and D3 together support proper bone mineralization during the critical growth years from age 4 onward.
Calcium is the primary structural mineral in tooth enamel — daily support helps protect developing teeth as they form.
Adequate calcium intake during childhood is linked to better peak bone mass and lifelong skeletal health.
Vitamin D3 is what allows the body to actually absorb and use calcium — pairing them is more effective than either alone.
Mild milk flavor and chewable tablets that kids actually take willingly — no battles, no hidden pills in food.
Children build the majority of their bone mass before age 18 — making calcium one of the most important nutrients during the growing years. Yet most kids fall short of recommended intake, especially those who don't drink dairy or are picky about leafy greens. This formula delivers 640 mg of calcium (as tricalcium phosphate, a clean and well-tolerated form) paired with 320 IU of vitamin D3 — the partner nutrient that makes calcium actually usable by the body for bone and tooth mineralization.
The chewable tablet format means no pills to swallow and no liquids to measure. Naturally sweet with a mild milk flavor that kids genuinely enjoy, the tablets can be broken in half for younger children and are designed without sugar, artificial colors, or common allergens. Two tablets a day is all it takes to help fill the calcium gap and support strong bones, healthy teeth, and balanced growth — backed by the science of calcium plus D3 working together.

Take with or without food. Many families pair it with breakfast or as an after-school routine.
Calcium works best with daily, consistent intake — bone development happens gradually over time.
Mom to mom: These are large chewable tablets that can be broken in half. They do taste like milk but honestly they remind me of giant sprinkles with a sprinkle crunch texture. They have a hint of sweetness to taste and smell. My child wasn't keen on them at first but after a few days she now reminds me she needs to take them. I will buy this product again. I'm very pleased with this product.
Just to put it to perspective, this kid's calcium and D3 supplement compared to adult versions: kids are growing, so it's giving lots of calcium and slightly less D3. Flavor-wise, I'd call it honey medicinal flavor rather than milk, but if your kid is pretty open to different flavors and you spin it right, it's an acceptable flavor. It's focused on calcium and D3, so if you're already taking other multivitamins, this may be too much as an add-on unless your doctor recommends it.
My son has been taking these chewable calcium tablets for a few weeks. It's non-GMO and organic, thus I feel relieved to give them to my child. The milk flavor is especially liked by my child, he doesn't resist it at all and will chew it voluntarily. I would give my child one tablet after breakfast and another one at night before bed. I have noticed that my child seems to have more energy when he plays sports at school. These chewable calcium tablets come in a nice bottle that is easy to open.
These calcium vitamins are great for kids, providing essential support for growing bones. They're small and easy to chew. I was looking for a supplement that had everything needed for good bone growth for my kids, and this one is what I was looking for. I'm sure it will be a couple months before I can tell for sure if they work.
These vitamins which contain calcium and vitamin D are so far great. I give them to my daughter on a daily basis because my daughter has very weak teeth so I'm hoping to see an improvement in her teeth with these vitamins. She is a very picky eater, and I thought that she would give me a hard time while taking these. But the fact that they are milk-flavored is good because she loves milk, but I see it as flavor of honey because they are very sweet. As long as she likes it.
